Twelve months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and component defects. Damage from incorrect installation, out-of-spec voltage, impact or tampering is not covered.
Text the 10-digit code under the scratch-off cover of the warranty card to 30008384, or enter it on the warranty page of this site. The reply gives the part name, technical code, production date and warranty validity.
Every product page lists the compatible vehicles with their model-year ranges. If your model is not listed, send us the technical code of the old part or your vehicle model and our engineers will identify it.
Passenger and light vehicles normally run 12V systems, while heavy trucks, buses and construction machinery run 24V. Fitting a part of the wrong voltage damages the winding and voids the warranty.

Return the part with its warranty card and purchase invoice to your dealer or to our after-sales department. After inspection, the part is replaced or repaired.
